75-minute iRest® session with Kendall Sheldon. Learn basic methodology based on the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra - the science of awakening to your true nature. This modern adaptation offers a meditative inquiry that can induce deep states of rest; eliminate stress; overcome insomnia, anxiety, fear, and depression; and assist you to enter into facilitate deep meditation.
Short for Integrative Restoration, iRest® has been developed over the past 30 years by Richard Miller, PhD, a clinical psychologist, author, researcher, and yogic scholar.
iRest® is simple to learn, easy to practice, and can become a valuable lifetime tool.

Myofascial Release (MFR) Yoga involves using yoga props and self-massage tools (see below) to release tension, improve movement, and return fascial tissue to its earlier, healthier state. It is not only excellent for relieving general discomforts, but also reducing chronic pain, enhancing athletic training and recovery, accelerating healing from injury and surgery, etc.
This month, we're targeting lower back pain.
